Mark Morgan
President
Mark Morgan is the president of the Coalition for Law, Order, and Safety and a 30-year veteran of law enforcement. Most recently, Morgan served as acting Commissioner of US Customs and Border Protection, director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and chief of the US Border Patrol. Previously, Morgan spent two decades in the FBI, leading efforts to combat transnational crime, later rising to become Assistant Director in 2014. Before joining the FBI, Morgan, a Marine Corps veteran, also served as a deputy sheriff in Platte County, Missouri and patrol officer with the Los Angeles Police Department.

Executive Director
Sean Kennedy
Sean Kennedy is the executive director for the Coalition for Law, Order, and Safety. Kennedy also serves as the policy director for the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund and a visiting fellow with the Maryland Public Policy Institute. As policy researcher and writer, Kennedy previously advised federal, state, and local officials and held positions at the American Enterprise Institute, CNN, and the US Senate. His work has been published in The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The Baltimore Sun, and the Chicago Tribune among others.
